- Gabe Pruitt is leaning towards declaring, but won't sign an agent to keep his options open. Asked whether he felt Nick Young would come back, his response was, "I don't think so."
- Nice to see that Reggie Bush is being received warmly at practice. The whole sidelines pass thing with the Rose Bowl had me fearing that bridges were burned, but glad to see this quote:
"I wasn't told to stay away," he said. "Both sides thought it would be better. I thought it would be better if I, at the time, not cause any media attention. The game was about USC, it's not about me. People would have turned it into that."
Seems like Reggie is visiting campus quite often these days. I've read and heard several accounts of random run-ins. Nice to see him comfortable with his alma mater.
- I've been keeping an eye on news regarding Texas A&M commit, DeAndre Jordan. Ever since Gillespie left for Kentucky, basketball fans across the nation have been speculating whether DeAndre would stay true to his commitment. At 7-0 240lbs (according to Rivals), he is exactly what SC needs and he is good friends with OJ. Like Beasley, this is a long shot, but entertaining to dream about...
